How can I buy from ZEAGOO as a wholesaler?
Thank you for your inquiry. For all wholesale inquiries, please send an email to: service@zeagoo.com.
Please also include the following information:
1. Model of the item you wish to purchase.
2. Quantity (minimum 50 items).
3. Shipping address.
If the items are available, our wholesale manager will calculate the best total price for you including shipping to your address, handling and insurance.
Where is ZEAGOO located, do you have a physical store?
We will ship from the warehouse according to the items you purchase.
Order
Can I make changes to the order I just placed?
Note: COD orders and the orders paid by kalana will no longer be able to modify the order information after customer submits the orders.
How can I change the items in my order?
For orders which are ‘dispatched/Partial order dispatched’ or ‘shipped/Partial order shipped’, we cannot edit/change the items anymore.
If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
How to cancel my order?
1. For unpaid orders:
If you haven't paid your order and wish to cancel, go to your account>>"My Orders". Please click this button ”Cancel”to cancel your order.
2. If you have paid:
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that orders that are “dispatched“ or “shipped out” cannot be canceled.
After I have canceled my order when will I get my refund?
2. Refunds to credit card: 7-14 business days
We will complete the refund within 7-14 business days on our end. The actual time will be between 7-14 business days before the money reflects in your bank account. This mainly depends on your credit card company. You can ask them for more details.
